Usage Agreement

Terms of Service

By using QuikEmail, you agree to use our disposable inbox and forwarding services legally, responsibly, and without harming others.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.

2. Service nature and availability

Disposable inboxes are provided for the period shown in the interface by default. Addresses, emails, or tokens may become unrecoverable after expiration, deletion, or replacement. Forwarding is intended to isolate ordinary communications; delivery from every sender is not guaranteed, and the service is not an archive, backup, or critical communications solution.

Do not use a disposable email address for banking, healthcare, government services, major purchases, or any account where losing access would cause serious harm.

We may maintain, modify, restrict, or discontinue features to protect security and capacity, comply with the law, and safeguard other users.

3. Permitted uses and prohibited conduct

You may use the service for lawful testing, low-risk registrations, marketing separation, and personal privacy management. You must not:

  • Send spam, phishing attempts, malware, threats, or infringing content;
  • Evade website bans, create accounts in bulk, commit fraud, impersonate others, or abuse promotions;
  • Probe, attack, reverse-engineer, damage, or bypass access controls on the service;
  • Create abnormal loads through automation or resell access without authorization;
  • Receive or distribute content that the law prohibits possessing or sharing.

4. Account and credential responsibilities

Users of long-term forwarding must provide accurate, necessary information, protect their passwords and login devices, and promptly report unauthorized activity. Aliases must not impersonate others or mislead recipients. You are responsible for the configuration and use of your account.

5. Email content and third parties

Emails are sent by third parties. We do not endorse their content and cannot guarantee that attachments, links, or claims are safe or accurate. Verify the sender and accept responsibility for the risks of opening external content. To provide email reception, filtering, and forwarding, the system must process necessary content as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an address, alias, account, or network access if we detect abuse or security risks, or if required by law or these terms. You may stop using the disposable tools and, where available, disable aliases or request account deletion through the available controls.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of any particular email, or acceptance of an address by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by reliance on temporary addresses, third-party content, delivery failures, or unrecoverable data. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

8. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms when features, laws, or security requirements change, and will update the effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. For questions, contact us at support@quikemail.com.
